Paredes Souls' Shrine Peto de ánimas

It is located in Paredes, in the parish of Santa María de Tomiño. It is embedded into a wall and is accessed via three steps. It features a rectangular base bearing the following inscription: “PASAJERO/ QUE VAS/ DE CAMINO/ ACUERDATE/ DE/ NUESTRAS/ PENAS”. This base supports the chapel housing a stone altarpiece, which depicts three clerics among the flames with their hands joined in prayer. On top of them, there are two angels and the Holy Spirit as a dove. The chapel is topped by a triangular shape with sinuous edges, crowned by an iron cover.
