O Val Neighbourhood Tall Cross Cruz alta

It is located on O Val Neighbourhood, attached to a wall. It stands on a tall step supporting an octagonal base. The shaft starts with a square section and continues with a rhomboidal one, which is also the type of section used on the short arm of the cross. The extremities of the cross end in an open floral design with a central bud.
According to the publication of Fernández de la Cigoña and Loira, the base once bore an inscription that was already deteriorated when it was studied, but some words were still legible: “ANTONIO” “ANO” “1830”. It is currently illegible.
