A Ponte Neighbourhood Stone Wash House Lavadoiro

It features a hipped roof covered with local tiles, supported by a wooden framework. It stands on four granite pillars and is situated slightly below street level. The tank is protected, on two of its sides, by a low brick wall built between the pillars. It has a square plan and is crafted from granite. It features large inclined slabs for washing that show wear and tear consistent with use and the passage of time.
